Acloché is celebrating their 50th Anniversary with a night of games, prizes, food, and much more at their Warriors & Survivors Charity Gala, with proceeds benefiting She Has A Name and Run Down The Demons.

• Transport supplies from Achloché to The Exchange (12 p.m.-4 p.m.)
• Event Set-Up (2 p.m.-4 p.m.)
• Audio/Visual (4 p.m.-10 p.m.)
• Monitor Silent Auction Tables & Area (4 p.m.-6 p.m.; 6 p.m.-7 p.m.; 7 p.m.-8 p.m.; 8 p.m.-9 p.m.; 9 p.m.-10:30 p.m.)
• GiveSmart Team (5 p.m.-10:30 p.m.)
• Registration (5 p.m.-7 p.m.)
• Photographers (5 p.m.-10:30 p.m.)
• Raffle Tickets (5:30 p.m.-10 p.m.)
