Funds raised from the event will directly support Strategies for Success, an academic scholarship that funds higher education for survivors of human trafficking.

Survivors of human trafficking have little support to pursue their vision for what comes next beyond restorative programming. We believe in the transformative power of education and its ability to foster discipline, confidence, and strength. Our Strategies for Success scholarship makes it possible for survivors to pursue higher education while remaining debt-free.

Elevate Sponsor $500 Purchase a survivor's textbooks
The cost of tuition is not the only financial barrier to a survivor's pursuit of higher education. The cost of textbooks can be overwhelming, and alleviating that burden allows survivors receiving our academic scholarship to focus fully on their education.

Growth Sponsor $350 Provide a Mentor
Mentorship is a crucial component of the Strategies for Success Scholarship. Pairing survivors with a mentor in their field of choice provides them with an added layer of support and community throughout their educational journey and beyond.

Dream Sponsor $250 Purchase Parking Passes
The cost of tuition is not the only financial barrier to a survivor's pursuit of higher education. The cost of parking on college campuses has increased significantly in recent years and create another added financial stress for a survivor returning to school. Alleviating this financial burden allows a survivor to focus fully on their education.

Uplift Sponsor $100 Remove Barriers to Participation
It can be cost prohibitive for a survivor to participate in the interview process for the Strategies for Success scholarship if they have a job, a family, or live out of town. To make our program as accessible as possible, SHAN offers reimbursements for childcare or travel necessary for a survivor to participate in the interview process.
