ON SITE TRAINING Hosted 8/2-8/4. 23 participants completed 2 or 3 sessions. 4 partners joined for the panel. First time offered at lunch time for working professionals. Surveyed training partners on frequency and venue of our ATT. 3 responders didn’t have strong opinions, so SHAN will not host a Nov 2022 training and instead use resources to update OLP.
OFF SITE TRAINING Courtney trained Bayley as new off-site trainer. 11/1 Unchained OSU labor trafficking training for 11 club members. 11/4 Nationwide Insurance Fraud Prevention Week presentation to 300+ associates. 11/19 Hilltop Church of Christ/Reaching for the Shining Starz 35 participants. Postponing Train the Trainer workshop until Winter 2023.
LABOR TRAFFICKING WORKSHOP Not hosting a January LT specific training following low interest
ONLINE LEARNING PLATFORM Connected with Xcelerate for updates 8/9. Annual account review on 9/21. Developer brainstorm on 9/28 to add completion certificate, videos and general updates. Received $10,000 Harry C Moores Foundation grant 10/4 to fund next year. October-December Courtney reviewed adult and student tracks to ensure up-to-date content (Updates still need to be implemented by Xcelerate). 12/21 added completion certificate for those who complete all four parts with a 60% survey pass rate. December gathered quotes from videographers to develop contract to produce 15 videos to incorporate into platform.

Hosted SEP on 12/03: 11 Participants. 12/27 City of Columbus announced it will be shutting down it’s public school, with She Has A Name managing the sole program for the city.

Thriver’s retreat to Hocking Hills 8/19-8/21. 10 survivors attended the 9/19 Dream Session at Studio 614. SHAN launched a Strats campaign 9/20-9/30 that raised $6,000 from 28 individuals and small businesses. 3 survivors awarded for Fall 2022 SFS. As of 11/30 18 mentorships are active. No new SFS applications were received for Dec 2022 interviews, but 3 renewals were accepted. Michelle joined as a Thriver volunteer in November. Bekah joined as a Spiritual Support Group volunteer November.
