In the spirit of the underground supper clubs that debuted Freedom a la Cart to the Columbus dining scene, Eat Up! Columbus is a culinary adventure celebrating community, collaboration and cause cuisine.
The evening's dinner party will showcase a team of Columbus' top local chefs who will prepare an elevated five-course menu complemented by drink pairings selected by a local mixologist. Under the leadership of Chef Jack Moore of Watershed Kitchen, chefs will collaborate to create a unique culinary experience for guests, while supporting an important cause in our community — Freedom a la Cart's work to empower and employ survivors of human trafficking in Central Ohio. Guest will enjoy live music, participate in a silent and live auction, and hear the inspiring story of a survivor of human trafficking.
