Requesting Building Use
Fill out this form only if your event will take place at Veritas Community Church. If not, move on to section 4.
Filling out this form does not guarantee that our building is available on your desired date. We will check the church calendar and someone will follow up with you once your entire event Request Form is submitted.
Please note, the use of our building is not completely free. While it is may be of no cost or very cheap for you, we are unable to provide all of the necessary man-hours involved in preparing for and executing an event without a small fee. Please consult the fundraising & event guidelines for further information about costs.
For budgeting and conceptual purposes, once you have filled out this form, we'll review it and give approvals or other comments. We'll pass it along to one of our designers, who will work with you through the drafting process. Final drafts will need approval as well.

To communicate this event, we need two versions of the text/copy/content that you want communicated. Please think through this throughly and complete all of the following options.
